- Play against AI opponents
- Friend vs friend gameplay mode
- Various time control options
- Premium features available through in-app purchases
3. User Eligibility
The App is available to users of all ages. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure you understand them.
4. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
5. In-App Purchases
The App offers premium features through in-app purchases:
- Lifetime Premium: A one-time purchase that unlocks all premium features permanently.
- Ad Removal: Options to remove advertisements.
All purchases are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the respective store's terms of service.
6. Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled according to Google Play Store or Apple App Store policies:
- Google Play: Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play.
- Apple App Store: Refunds are processed through Apple's refund process.

7. Advertisements
The free version of the App displays advertisements. By using the free version, you consent to viewing these ads. You may remove advertisements by purchasing the Premium version.

- Use the App for any illegal purpose

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Chess Clock Pro SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
