1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Crypto Multi View mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Crypto Multi View ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Crypto Multi View is a cryptocurrency information and charting application that provides:

  • Real-time cryptocurrency price charts and candlestick data.
  • Order book visualization for various trading pairs.
  • Portfolio tracking and watchlist functionality.
  • Multi-chart layout views for comparing cryptocurrency pairs.

The App is an informational tool only. It does not facilitate, execute, or recommend any cryptocurrency trades, investments, or financial transactions.

3. No Financial Advice

Important: The information provided by the App is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should not make any investment decision based solely on the information provided by this App. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from your use of the App.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

5.1 Premium Features

The App may offer premium features or content available through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Your purchase is subject to the respective store's terms of service and refund policies.

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) in accordance with their refund policies. We do not directly process refunds.

5.4 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.

6. Advertisements

The App displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the free version of the App, you agree to the display of advertisements. Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of products or services advertised.

7. Data Accuracy and Market Information

7.1 Third-Party Data

Cryptocurrency market data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party APIs (including but not limited to Binance). While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data.

7.2 No Warranty on Data

Market data may be subject to delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions due to network conditions, API limitations, or other factors beyond our control. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and that displayed data may not reflect the most current market conditions.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its servers.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, user accounts, or related systems.
  • Use the App to transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
  • Scrape, data-mine, or use automated methods to access the App's content or data.
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of Crypto Multi View and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRYPTO MULTI VIEW AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

IN PARTICULAR, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION DISPLAYED IN THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crypto Multi View and its developers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. These third-party resources are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of such resources is at your own risk.

14. Modifications to the App and Terms

14.1 App Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

14.2 Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The revised Terms will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crypto Multi View regarding your use of the App, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
